A large, renovated turn-of-the-century brownstone style original mansion, now consisting of individual Guest Rooms. Our Furnished apartments are located close by, throughout the Back Bay Area.

Our Guest Rooms offer private bath, cable TV, phone w/ free local calls, voice mail, microwave & refrigerator, clock radios, many with a/c, hardwood floors, ornamental fireplaces, & tall ceilings.

Our Furnished Apartments offer Weekly and Monthly stays in Studios, 1 & 2 Bedrooms, all with above amenities.

Back Bay at the foot of the Harvard Bridge, near public transportation, in a historical Victorian residential neighborhood. We are directly across the Charles River from MIT, 3 blocks from Newbury, The Prudential & Hynes Convention Center.

We offer complimentary coffee & tea at our guest house (rooms have microwave and refrigerator), daily towel service available for nightly stays, weekly housekeeping provided.

Check in is between 1-9 PM, Check out at 12:00PM. If you have any special request, please check with our office.

We request a deposit in full for one night stays; 50% deposit for multiple nights. Monthly stays require a security deposit, refundable upon departure. 14 days notice needed for change, or cancellation of stay; less than 14 days refund upon full re-rental of our units, either way less a $10 service fee. Please have valid driver's license, Passport, or other photo ID available upon check in. Please visit our reservations page to fill out an online request.

As soon as you are sure of the dates. Boston stays busy year round, but we'll always try to make room for you! You may also visit our reservations page to fill out an online reservation request.

We have a limited amount of parking available for small to medium size cars. Large cars and trucks can obtain parking in lots 3 - 4 blocks from our house.

Our building does not have one.
